Privacy Notice

Last revised 9 August 2026

This notice explains what personal information Brookland collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

This website is operated by Brookland Group & Partners Limited, which is the controller of personal information collected through it. “Brookland” means Brookland Group & Partners Limited throughout this document.

Personal information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to respond to an enquiry and to operate this website securely.

Information you give us directly

The introduction request form requires your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the jurisdiction you are enquiring from, the type of enquiry, an indicative amount of capital, your timeline, and a description of the intended use of the capital. Your role and sector are optional. Submitting the form is voluntary, but every field marked required must be completed for the form to be sent.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page is served, including IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. This is used to serve the site, and to detect and investigate abuse.

A submitted introduction request is sent to the encrypted mailbox info@brooklandgroupltd.com. It is accessible only to authorised personnel with a need to know. A copy may also appear in the hosting provider’s server log under that provider’s retention policy.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not currently set any cookies. Your choice about non-essential cookies is stored in your browser’s local storage under the key “brooklandgroupltd.cookie-consent”, so that we do not ask again on every visit. Clearing your browsing data for this site removes it, and we will ask again.

We do not currently load advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. If analytics are introduced, they will load only after you accept non-essential cookies, and this notice will be updated before they are enabled.

Why we process personal information

We process personal information to:

  • receive introduction requests and correspond with you about a possible financing;
  • carry out the diligence, screening and record-keeping expected of a credit manager;
  • operate, secure and improve this website;
  • comply with legal, regulatory and record-retention obligations.

How we share personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We disclose personal information to service providers who act on our instructions — website hosting, email, and business systems — and to professional advisers, and to regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities where we are required or permitted to do so.

International transfers

Brookland operates from Dubai and Singapore, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards required by the applicable law.

Depending on where you are located and which of our entities processes your information, the following regimes may apply:

  • UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) – rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection; complaints to the UAE Data Office.
  • DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020 (as amended) – similar GDPR-style rights; complaints to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
  • Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) – access, correction and related rights; complaints to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
  • UK GDPR / EU GDPR (if applicable because we offer services to or monitor individuals in those territories) – full suite of rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; complaints to the ICO (UK) or the relevant EU supervisory authority.

We aim to respond to rights requests within the statutory timeframe applicable to the relevant regime (typically within 30 days under GDPR- and PDPA-style rules; exact PDPL and DIFC deadlines will be observed where those laws apply).

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards only where a legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligation requires it.

As a general rule, introduction-request, enquiry, and client records are retained for 5 years from the end of the relevant enquiry, relationship or transaction (or longer if required by applicable AML, regulatory, limitation or other legal obligations). Technical logs are retained in accordance with our hosting provider’s policy or for the period needed for security and investigation, whichever is longer where legally required.

After the applicable period we securely delete or anonymise the data unless a longer legal obligation applies.

How we protect personal information

This website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Once personal information reaches Brookland systems we apply role-based access control limited to authorised personnel, encryption in transit (and at rest where applicable), staff confidentiality and data-protection obligations, regular access reviews, secure deletion processes, documented incident and breach-response procedures (including notification where legally required), and contractual protections with service providers.

Your rights and choices

Correspondence

You can ask us at any time to stop sending you correspondence. We will continue to respond to matters relating to a live enquiry or transaction.

Managing your cookie choice

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences control in the footer of this site. Because the choice is held in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, clearing this site’s browsing data — not blocking cookies — is what resets it, and we will then ask again on your next visit.

Rights under applicable law

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

  • UK GDPR / EU GDPR (if applicable) – full suite of rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability; complaints to the ICO (UK) or the relevant EU supervisory authority.

We aim to respond to rights requests within the statutory timeframe applicable to the relevant regime.
